This class is designed to prepare students with entry-level skills to seek a postion as an HVAC technician.
The 248-hour program includes:
- Introduction to HVAC
- Basic Electricity
- Introduction to Heating and Cooling
- Introduction to Air Distribution Systems
- Heat Pump Troubleshooting
- HVAC Motor Controls
- Soldering and Brazing
- Workplace Ethics/OSHA
Credentials:
- EPA 608
- North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification
